Paleo, Gluten-free and Vegan Thanksgiving Recipes

Please keep in mind just because something is vegan, paleo, or gluten-free doesn’t necessarily mean it’s healthy.

Each recipe is designed for Thanksgiving – a chance to enjoy those rich Fall flavors.

So while we were mindful of food allergies and sensitivities, it’s best to always practice portion control.

  1. These recipes look delicious. I might try the pecan pie. I am also trying a skinny version of Thanksgiving in my house this year.

  2. The stuffing looks really good! I have never made home made stuffing but after seeing your recipe I just may try it out this Thanksgiving!

  3. Sweet! These look great! My doctor just recommended that I go on a Paleo diet, so I appreciate that there are a lot of those!

  4. They all look really good and I will take a good look at the gluten free stuffing. I’ve been looking for a decent recipe.

  5. I would not say I “prefer” Gluten free, but I have no choice. I am Celiac and I am gluten free for 13 years. I am also vegetarian.

Does the 21 day fix tell you how to incorporate GF items breads, pastas etc into the program? GF bread is more caloric than a regular wheat bread slice, and smaller. I LOVE that this is a program you can have toast with your eggs!!! Iwould get the program, , but I don\\\’t want to get it only to find out there is no mention of subs for food intolerances. I mean they do suggest ezekial brand bread…do they help the gluten free clients the same way?

  6. I love tricking my family into enjoying some healthier dishes! As the only vegan at the dinner table, I also have to be super aware of what I’m eating, so I often bring several healthy & vegan sides, for myself and to share of course.
