We just tried Enlightened’s Keto Ice Cream, and guys – it’s so creamy! It tastes great, and each keto flavor contains less than 1 gram of sugar and 1 net carb per serving!
Enlightened sent us pints and ice cream bars of their new keto line for free.
While Enlightened launched with low calorie ice creams, their new macro-friendly line is already making their mark! There are 7 new flavors in pints and bars!
The sweeteners used are monkfruit and erythritol which are zero-calorie sweeteners.

Enlightened sent us all of the new flavors! We wouldn’t skip any of the flavors, but we definitely had our favorites!
The new keto ice cream flavors are:

- Coffee and Cream – Perfect Coffee Ice Cream
- Mint Chocolate Chunk – Good
- Red Velvet – Eh…
- Chocolate Peanut Butter – Favorite!

Our favorites are the Chocolate Peanut Butter and the Peanut Butter Fudge!
The two sound really similar, but the Peanut Butter Fudge is a peanut butter ice cream with fudge swirled in, and the other flavor is a chocolate ice cream with peanut butter chunks mixed in.

Both ice creams are really similar in their creaminess, but Enlightened has better flavors in our opinion.

It’s so easy to eat a whole pint, but we’ve found the bars are satisfying on their own as well!

Both shipments were still frozen, and it was during the Summer in Tennessee (aka really hot!).

Your Enlightened dark chocolate bars are inedible…I took one bite and put it in the garbage. there was almost no chocolate flavor although it said DARK CHOCOLATE…..no sweetness, said 1G carb on the box and 11gcarbs in the list of ingredients. The closest way I can describe it was tasted like frozen cool-whip without the sweetening. DISGUSTING. I will let all my Keto friends know.
I have spent $12.00 and the grocery store will not refund.
What would you suggest that I do to resolve this issue.
