The workout that promises to deliver a firm, round booty and flat abs won’t be found on DVDs anywhere. But Why?

While some may say Beachbody is pushing their new Bod Membership, discs just weren’t feasible with the amount of workouts this program includes.

80 Day Obsession includes 88 unique workouts spread over 3 phases. Members get to experience a more Live Class through this new set-up.

Why is 80 Day Obsession only on Beachbody on Demand?

It’s because of the amount of workouts. 88 workouts just wasn’t feasible to put on DVDs.

There are some positives that came out of it though.

The 88 unique workouts:

• Give users better results by changing the cueing and reps each class
• Motivate users because there is always something new and challenging
• Allowed Autumn to tweak the plan to give you MAX results in just 80 days.

Should You Try Beachbody on Demand?

Beachbody on Demand (BOD) is a streaming service with over 700 workouts to choose from. Members can stream unlimitedly and download the nutrition guides and calendar all online.

With BOD, you can also download a week’s worth of workouts at a time onto your membership account. This is handy when you’re traveling and don’t have access to wi-fi.

Can you stream to your TV?

Yes, you can stream Beachbody on Demand to your tv using a streaming device. Right now an Apple TV, Roku, Google Chromecast, and Amazon Firestick all have the free BOD app you can download. Then you just sign into your BOD membership and you’re all set!

You can also stream to your laptop, iPad or phone by downloading the BOD app.
