What is BODi LAVA?
BODi Lava combines athletic yoga, primal movements, agility, and bodyweight resistance training for a 6-week at home workout program. The classes are 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week, and require no equipment.

LAVA Workouts
LAVA focuses on primal movement and yoga flows in each workout. Below is a breakdown of what to expect from each individual LAVA workout.
- Yoga Hybrid: This strength and balance class combines yoga flow sequences with primal movements with a focus on one side of the body at a time.
- Core Control: Your core is what helps you balance, and this class is going to challenge your stability and balance to challenge your core muscles.
- HIIT: This class torches calories! You’ll alternate between hight intensity interval yoga flows and static holds to let your heart rate rise and recover.
- Endurance: Using just your bodyweight, you’ll build total body strength with these repetition moves.
- Compound: This class combines power and balance into one challenge sequence.
- Primal Hybrid: This class focuses on primal movements to boost your mobility and overall strength.
- Agility: Athletes looking to improve their motion and performance will love the multidirectional movements in this class.
- Isometrics: This class focuses on holding poses for an extended period to challenge your muscles and build endurance.
- Metabolic Burn: This class is another interval-based workout. It combines stabilizing moves with yoga flows to burn a ton of calories.
- Athletic Offroad: This is Elise’s signature yoga flow to work on everything from mobility and range of motion to endurance and strength.
You also get a couple Pre-Burn Workouts where Elise instructs on the proper form, alignment, and modifications for each challenging move.
Bonus Workouts

Do I have to have a BODi membership to get LAVA?
No, anyone can buy LAVA as a standalone purchase. This means you don’t need a membership.
If you currently have a BODi membership, you’ll still have to buy LAVA separately. With that said, if you ever cancel your membership, you’ll keep access to LAVA.

When will LAVA be in the BOD Library for free?

Hello! If I do the Lava program by itself, will I lose strength that I have gained through P90x3? Do I need to do this program with another strength program like Chalene Extreme? Thank you and have a blessed day!
Hey Brandi! You shouldn’t lose the muscle you worked so hard for in P90X3 :) You could also choose to do a hybrid though if you wanted to keep increasing your lean muscle mass. You could do Chalene Extreme MWF and Lava TT if you wanted.
