If you’ve ever done an Elise Joan workout, you know she can pack so much into a short workout. Her Barre Blend classes have a calorie burn similar to a T25 or cardio class, and I know I’ve gotten a full bodyweight strength and mobility workout at the same time. 

So if you’re not a fan of a 20 minute workout typically — Elise is probably the one trainer who could change your mind!

What is BODi LAVA?

BODi Lava combines athletic yoga, primal movements, agility, and bodyweight resistance training for a 6-week at home workout program. The classes are 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week, and require no equipment.

Who is Elise Joan?

Elise Joan is a Super BODi Trainer and the creator of Barre Blend, Pre and Post-Natal Barre Blend, and Fire and Flow. She’s also a yoga instructor with several classes offered on BODi and in the 3 Week Yoga Retreat.
