Tony Horton’s latest workout, Power of 4, just launched on Beachbody on Demand. The 90 day workout program includes 25 unique workouts designed to get you results at home, but does it work?

How long are the Power of 4 workouts?
The Power of 4 workouts aren’t short. There are a few around the 20 minute mark, but most are 40-60 minutes. There are a few that are actually up to 72 minutes!
If you need a shorter but still super effective workout, we love P90X3, 25 Minute Speed Train, or 21 Day Fix. All of those are 30 minutes or less.

Tony is one of our favorite at home workout trainers! Not only are his workouts super effective and high-quality, but he’s also one of the kindest people in the industry.
We’ve met Tony several times over the years at Beachbody events, and he’s every bit as genuine as he seems on screen. His blend of humor, structure, and intensity made P90X3 and 22 Minute Hard Corps two of our favorites — so when Power of 4 came to BODi, we were all in.

No, Tony isn’t officially “back” with Beachbody, but BODi licensed this program from his Power Nation platform. The workouts are identical — so members get access without an extra cost.

Our Experience (So Far)
We’ve done our fair share of Tony’s programs — P90X, X3, and 22 Minute Hard Corps — and Power of 4 feels like a more balanced evolution of his style.
It’s not as punishing as P90X2, but it still builds real muscle and endurance. The pacing is slightly slower, which we actually appreciate — it lets you focus on form and intensity without gassing out.
While you will repeat workouts here and there, you won’t see the same workout twice in a week, and you can scale every session depending on your energy that day.
If you’re looking for a workout program with no repeats, you may like 80 Obsession or LIIFT4.
And true to Tony form — you’ll sweat, you’ll laugh, and you’ll be sore in all the right ways.
