What is Focus T25?
- It’s cardio is pretty heavy & includes jump training.

Shaun T’s T25 Review VS Insanity
Both workouts use interval training and cost about the same. That’s where the comparison ends though.
Insanity is an advanced workout that literally has maxing out your endurance and strength. I don’t feel like Insanity is right for many people.
- Insanity’s workouts are 30 minutes in Insanity Max, and in the original go up to an hour.
- Insanity really doesn’t have a true warm-up.
- T25 workouts offer modifications (Insanity doesn’t).
