Our LIIFT4 Barre Blend Hybrid Calendar is designed to help you build strength, burn a ton of calories, and help improve your flexibility, mobility, and balance. This calendar isn’t from Beachbody, Elise, or Joel; it’s just a blend we liked doing!
We created this hybrid after completing both Barre Blend and LIIFT4 on their own! We wanted to keep our muscle gains from LIIFT4, but we also wanted to streamline our body with long, lean, muscles! We also mixed in a couple lower body 10 Rounds workouts at the end.
Plus, we love both trainers and looked forward to their personalities when we worked out! Now, we get the best of both worlds! Below we’ll outline each week so you can bookmark this page to follow along with the workouts, or you can print the LIIFT4 Barre Blend Hybrid Calendar here.

Note: You can include any 10 Minute Enhancement for that area including pre- and post-natal Barre Blend classes. 10 Rounds is also included in your Beachbody on Demand membership, and those lower body workouts start in week 6.

Are you supposed to do the entire LIIFT4 workout followed by the Barre workout?
Yes. If you’re short on time, we saw great results skipping the core-portion of LIIFT4 and starting Barre after the HIIT portion though.
