What Do You Need for the Workouts?
You’ll need light, medium and heavy dumbbells, as well as, resistance loops and strength slides.
You may also want to have a chin-up bar, and a mat.

Yes, it can be a great workout for weight loss. This program is designed for advanced exercisers though.

6 Weeks of THE WORK Supplements
Since this program is extreme, it’s highly encouraged to use Beachbody’s Performance line.
If you have to pick just 2 supplements, we recommend the pre- and post- workout supplements, Energize and Recover!
What does Energize do?
Energize is our pep in a scoop. It helps us not get tired during a workout, and the Beta Alanine in it helps you get better results in 1-2 months by improving your performance over time.
It also doesn’t make us jittery or feel crazed after a workout!
We prefer tropical punch, but you can also get Energize in a lemon flavor.
Why use Recover?
Recover is designed to help with muscle soreness — which is so needed after these tough workouts! It can also help with strength and lean muscle gains!
