This 21 Day Fix 1200 Calorie Meal Plan with Containers simplifies your meal prep and fits into Plan A. The eating plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as, 2 snacks and optional supplements. Plus, all of the recipes are super easy to make!
We know that meal prepping can be overwhelming — especially when you’re learning the containers and 21 Day Fix food list. The good thing is – this meal plan helps you get in all of your food and follow the guidelines in Fixate without having to do a lot of work!
Does this 21 Day meal plan work?
The 21 Day Fix meal plan, also called Ultimate Portion Fix, provides you with a good balance of complex carbs, healthy fats, lean proteins, fruits and vegetables. It also is designed to help you stay within your calorie range each day and learn portion control. For these reasons, the meal plan is very effective.

Which 21 Day Fix meal plan do I use?
Before starting, you’ll want to use the 21 Day Fix Container Calculator to see what plan (A-F) you fall into! Your calories and daily container allotment will depend on which plan you fall into.
What can you eat on the 21 Day Fix?
Autumn Calabrese really recommends eating whole, unprocessed foods during the plan. One way to know if it’s 21 Day Fix approved is to look at the food list or just ask yourself, is this packaged? Is it full of sugar? If either answer is yes, then it’s probably not the best choice.
About The 21 Day Fix 1200 Calorie Meal Plan
- This meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as, 2 snacks and optional supplements.
- You can choose to use Shakeology, Energize, Hydrate, Collagen, and Recover or not. It’s not required.
- If you do use Energize, it’s considered a free food and doesn’t count towards your calories.
- You can always save 2 yellows in order to have a treat instead. The treat should be under 200 calories, and you can do this swap up to 3x a week. We love our protein donuts or 21 Day Fix chocolate chip cookies as treat!
- Feel free to customize the meal plan! We’ve found it’s easiest to plan your dinner first, and then you fill in the other containers you need throughout the other meals.
- Craving something sweet? We love this Shakeology mug cake! We consider it a treat, but it doesn’t count as one of your weekly treats! Just track it with your containers.
How many people does this plan feed?
This plan is just set up for 1 person for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The dinner ideas are around 4 servings if it’s a recipe.
