We love how effective Autumn Calabrese’s approach to portion control is! We’ve found the absolute best 21 Day Fix snacks that are easy to make, satisfying, and curb any craving! Each of the ideas will help you from getting bored with the same meals over and over.

When we started the 21 Day Fix, there were no guides with the container counts outlined. It was tough to know what to count certain things as, and we also found ourselves wanting too many yellows! So we put together this list of recipes! Each one is based off of the 21 Day Fix containers.

Cheese Quesadilla (corn tortillas) – 1 Yellow, 1 Blue

Monkey Mix – Cashews, Coconut Flakes, and 1/2 Banana – 1 Blue, 1 tsp, 1 Purple

Is popcorn OK on 21 Day Fix?

Yes, you can have popcorn on the 21 Day Fix! We suggest flavoring it with herbs and spices versus oil or butter though. If you top it with butter, you’ll need to track that as part of your daily containers.

Is peanut butter allowed on 21 day fix?

Yes, peanut butter falls into the teaspoon measurement on the 21 Day Fix. Even the lowest plan on the Ultimate Portion Fix can have 2 tsps per day of healthy fats – such as nut butter or olive oil.

Can I have chocolate on 21 day fix?

You can budget for chocolate and even alcohol on the 21 Day Fix by saving up your yellow containers. You can have 3 treats per week, but each treat costs you 2 yellow containers so choose wisely!

Can you eat cereal on 21 day fix?

Whole grain, low-sugar cereal is allowed on the 21 Day Fix as a yellow container. You can fill up the container which is around 1/4 of a cup of cereal for 1 serving. You can also add in almond milk, but it’s an additional yellow container.

Can you have coffee on 21 day fix?

Yes, you can have coffee on the 21 Day fix, but you’ll need to track any sugar or cream that you put into it.

Can you drink Diet Coke 21 day fix?

Autumn teaches you to stay away chemical-heavy foods, hidden sugars, and artificial sweeteners. Therefore, you shouldn’t have regular or diet soda on the plan. We have a full guide to help you ditch soda as well!

Can you have mayo on 21 day fix?

Yes, you can have mayo on the plan. It’s listed as a teaspoon along with peanut butter and butter.

  1. Do you have a recipe for your banana cream? It lists the containers it equals but not how much coconut milk or ice. I really want to use this one but don’t want to mess up by putting in to much milk. Thanks you

    1. Hi Katie! Thanks for pointing this out!! The Banana Cream snack (1/2 banana with unsweetened coconut milk – blended with ice) is actually a 1 Purple and 1/2 Blue. You can have 8oz of coconut milk for 1/2 a blue container. Sorry for the confusion!
