In order of intensity–
- Beginner to Intermediate –Turbo Jam is the easiest of the three and a great place for beginners even if you have a significant amount of weight to lose
- Intermediate to Advanced –Turbo Kick in a gym
- Advanced — Turbo Fire is the hardest and includes HIIT workouts!
