I Have the 21 Day Fix, What Do I eat?
You’ll be eating a variety of fresh foods on the 21 Day Fix Diet. These foods include healthy vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. We have the new 21 Day Fix food list available here.
How Many Containers Do I Get on The 21 Day Fix Meal Plan?
How many containers you’ll eat depends on your current weight and goals. You can calculate how many containers you should eat using the formula below. We recommend recalculating your containers every time you lose 10 lbs.
Once you know how many calories you need, you’ll be able to find out which bracket of containers you fall into.
How Many Containers Do Men Get on 21 Day Fix?
Men will use the same formula above to figure out their containers allowed on the 21 Day Fix.
Doing the 21 Day Fix Do You Fill the Containers Multiple Times?
Yes, you’ll be using your containers all through the day and be filling them up multiple times. For example, even the lowest calorie bracket gets 3 green containers. So you would want to fill up the green container 3 times throughout the day.
You can eat any approved food from the containers any time of the day. You just want to stay within your allotted amounts.
Is Alcohol Allowed on The 21 Day Fix?
Yes, alcohol is allowed on the 21 Day Fix. You can swap 2 yellow containers for 1 serving of alcohol up to 3 times a week. Each alcohol serving is the equivalent of 2 yellows.

Does 21 Day Fix Work Without Following Meal Plan but With Any Diet?
The 21 Day Fix can still help you lose weight and tone up even if you don’t follow its meal plan. The reason is because you’re getting active and working out. However, we do suggest following the 21 Day Fix diet and workout calendar for the best results.
