You just need a set of light and medium dumbbells. We also used adjustable dumbbells for this workout too!

Beachbody Nutrition Plans
Beachbody recently removed a lot of the nutrition guides in programs in order to offer more in-depth options.
While it’s an additional cost, we are big fans of the 2B Mindset. Others really love Autumn Calabrese’s color-coded containers in the Ultimate Portion Fix too!
Both programs are way more helpful than the older nutritional plans included in the workouts in our opinions.

Beachbody Supplements
The Beachbody Performance line is highly recommended for the more intense workouts.
Out of the all of the programs listed above, we’d at least recommend Energize & Recover!
