    I’m very excited about these hybrid schedules and wish I found them before my wedding this past summer. How do you determine the order of the DVDs?

    • Thanks!! :) I usually try to do a mix of cardio and strength so most of the hybrids are 2-3 days cardio and 2-3 days strength. You want to give your muscles a rest after lifting weights so that helps me figure out the order. Also, if you don’t have a Beachbody group you are welcome to join ours! It’s free and we do an accountability group on Facebook for everyone. Which hybrid are you looking at?

  16. I’d love to see a P90x/Les Mills Pump hybrid. The one I found online was about 75% LMP and 25% P90x, and I’d love to see one that’s more even between the two like your “P90x2 & Les Mills PUMP Hybrid Schedule” above

  17. I’m really liking your site! I have yet to see a schedule that combines Les Mills Pump, Chalean Extreme, and Turbojam. I realize it’s mixing 2 weight training (although so is P90X/LMP), but I’m really going for variety to keep my workout fun! Thanks!

    • Hey Kristi! I don’t have a hybrid for ChaLEAN and RevAbs yet, but I do think it would be a good mix! :) Do you like the cardio from P90X or ChaLEAN? For a hybrid, we really need a strong weight program and a strong cardio program. If you let me know which DVDs are your favorite, I can help you make a hybrid! :)

        long long time ago I bought hip hop abs and some of slim and 6 and 10 minute trainer but honestly i need to try them all again but i only really got serious about my workouts and weightloss 1.5 months ago. I now have Turbo fire. Turbo Jam and Rev abs and I am so in love. I also started Shakeology about 2 weeks ago and so far loving the extra energy! I am watching Canadian football today too, just hoping my team can get into the play offs! thanks for all the hybrids I love your site.

  38. I’m loving all your hybrids…do you have any Body Beast hybrids and some for Combat?

    • I am working on a few right now. Until I am able to publish new ones, I would recommend doing Body Beast 3 days a week and Combat 2 days with 1 day left for stretching/yoga/abs/pilates. Does that help? How do you like both workouts? I haven’t gotten to try either one completely, but both are on my wishlist!! :)

    I came across your Blog today and I really like it. I havent had a chance to really give it a good look over (im at work ;) ) But I was curious if you do any running? And If you think a Insanity/Running Hybrid would be a good idea? I am on my 3rd day of Insanity Month 2. And I picked up Running last year and Just ran my 1st Half Marathon in January. I have a whole whack of races scheduled for 2013 but I really love Insanity and I don’t want to have to give it up completely to be able to train for my races. Any ideas? Thanks!

      Thank you for checking out my blog and writing me! :) I don’t really run. I’m doing my first 5k at the end of this month, but I think the running gene skipped me somewhere. With that said, congratulations on finishing your 1st Half Marathon!! I cannot imagine how tough that was, and it is really impressive! I think a hybrid would be great for you. High intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts have been shown to help runners’ increase their speed and helps make regular cardio workouts easier. I would do Insanity 2 or 3 days a week, and then run 2 or 3 days a week. This would leave you with a full rest day and one day to do cardio recovery. Does that make sense?

      Which races are you doing? I am trying to get interested in running, and the races motivate me. I am only doing a Color Run this month, but we have a few other 5ks coming up that are more serious as well.

  44. I just found your blog and love it! I am hoping you can help me with a hybrid. I have completed 1 round of Insanity and am just about to finish TurboFire. I started a little bit of RevAbs, but after Insanity didn’t feel like the cardio was challenging enough. I have Chalean Extreme on order – I feel like I need a little more definition. I was thinking of combining CLX, Insanity for cardio, RevAbs to find my 6-pack and maybe the stretching from TurboFire. I like to workout 6 days a week. Can you help me build a program? Thank you!       Thanks for your comment!! :) Congrats on finishing a round of Insanity and TurboFire!! That is awesome! I agree, Rev Abs isn’t as advanced as both of those workouts. I think you will really like ChaLEAN. It’s one of my favorites! I love your idea of mixing in all of the programs. I’d be happy to help! Do you have a coach you are working with? I just ask because I don’t want to step on any toes. ;) Did you like Insanity more than TurboFire? Are you at your goal weight yet?

    • There isn’t one just yet, but you could use the P90X Insanity hybrid and P90X Rev Abs hybrid and combine them. I am working on getting 1 hybrid out each week. :) How long have you been working out?

    • I think that’s a great idea. I will have one up soon (I’m doing 1 hybrid schedule a week — look for a new one every Saturday or Sunday). Just to give you an idea though — I would do PUMP’s schedule MWF and add T25 on TT and follow that calendar too. It’ll take you a little longer to get through T25, but you’ll be getting in all of that strength training!! :) So worth it! Hope that helps!!

    • Thank you!!! :) You could do the same thing with the T25/BBL hybrid :) Just where you see Insanity, replace it with T25. I usually go with the workout calendar to decide the order in which I place them. So the first Insanity workout would be replaced with T25 Cardio and so on. I’m so glad you liked the Insanity/BBL hybrid!!!

    • I would just replace the T25 workout with an Insanity one on Fridays. :) It’s all about making it work for your schedule and the workouts you like best. You’ll still get great results if you mix in Insanity instead. I would just keep swapping out the T25 workout you do on Friday so you don’t keep doing the same one on double day. Does that make sense?

    • I don’t yet, but you could use BBL’s sculpting and T25′s upper and lower body mixed in MWF and then Cardio/Speed/Bum Bum on TT :) Does that help? I know it’s generic, but I would be happy to help you create a specific one if you have questions and don’t have a coach. If you do, I’d ask them just because they are there to help and support you and know your goals better. :)

    Would it be a good idea to do les mills combat and P90X3 together?

    • I think you could do it together, but you’ll want to make sure to give your muscles a day of rest once a week. Also, make sure to not do strength training back-to-back on the same group of muscles (upper body, lower body, or total body) so that your muscles have time to recover.

      • I am wanting to do these two together also but can’t quite figure out which workouts to do when to avoid overtraining. I love the Combat workouts though, and want to figure out how to work it in with either P90X or P90X3. Or possibly with Brazil Butt as well. I would love to see a Hybrid of the three programs, 2x/day!!

        • Hybrid requests are currently only being taken for SoreyFitness clients. If you have a coach already, please contact them. :) If you don’t have a coach, please email me at thegirls@soreyfitness.com and allow for about 3 weeks at the end of June/beginning of July because I’ll be getting married and make the hybrids myself. :)

    I would love to see a hybrid schedule of 30 minute workouts- for example, T25, P90X3, some of the HIIT workouts from Turbofire, etc. I often don’t have a ton of time, but get bored with the same trainer day to day.

  75. I agree with Brittany! It would be fun to have a hybrid of the best Beachbody workouts. I have the same ones that she listed above. For me, 30-45 mins, 5 days per week is best, but could do a couple longer days. I realize some people can or want to work out more. Right now I’m just picking a random cardio or strength based on the day, or my mood, at least until I start another round of P90x3 or something else. But it’s nice to have a schedule because I’m more likely to stick to it!

  80. hey i was wondering if there was a plan for insanity/ HHA/ and rocking body .. i just wont to loose weight and get healthy again ! iav lost my self i have already done 1 round of insanity ( shaun t u rock ! ) it was brilliant. but i need to just loose my fat before i tone up ! i did loose 35lbs in the 10 weeks mind x
